The St. James Theatre complex comprising of the St. James Studio, Bar & Brasserie and Carrara Restaurant are recruiting for a Sous Chef.
- You will hold at least C & G 7061/2 or NVQ 1/2 and intermediate food hygiene.
- You will work with the Head Chef to continue to deliver high quality food and exceptional service, which St. James has become renowned for.
- Duties to include ordering food and beverages, creating new menus, writing rotas and running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Previous theatre experience would be advantageous.
