
Robert Mackintosh
Creative Director
Robert has been involved in music and entertainment for 25 years, working on albums for Michael Ball to Shirley Bassey and TV Specials for the Royal Variety Show and Cameron Mackintosh Tribute.
He has produced plays for both the West End and the Arts Council and continues to produce many concert versions of theatrical shows including Les Miserables & Evita.

David Gilmore
Executive Artistic Director
David has directed more than a dozen West End productions, including Daisy Pulls It Off, Lend me a Tenor & Grease.
He has also directed Footloose in Sydney and Jamie Oliver’s hugely successful stage performances in England & Australia.

Lady Lucy French
Director of Development
Lucy began her career in PR, events and journalism and over the years has honed her skills and focused her energies on theatre and fundraising for the arts.
Her previous roles include head of development at the glorious Open Air Theatre in The Regent’s Park, and before that at Hampstead Theatre.
Theatre is her passion and she leaves no stone unturned in her attempts to secure success! Lucy sits on the Development Board of Artichoke and the Actors Centre.

James Albrecht
Associate Artistic Director
James is a director and actor. He has directed productions at the Rose Theatre, Tristan Bates and assisted for ATG and the Market Theatre in Johannesburg.
He has performed extensively in the USA, West End, for the RSC as well as the BBC and NBC.

Guy Kitchenn
Executive Theatre Director
Guy has managed and/or produced more than 55 productions in the West End over the last thirty years.
His past shows have won countless awards and nominations from Olivier, the Evening Standard and whatsonstage.com.
