The Funny Women Awards have been promoting female comics for over a decade, and we’ve seen some fantastic acts pass through our doors who are now major names on the comedy circuit including Sarah Millican, Andi Osho, Bridget Christie and Susan Calman, to name but a few.
Join hilarious host Abi Roberts (“THE consummate entertainer…” Chortle) and Mae Martin (“Rapier wit and cute charisma” ScotsGay) for a unique night of comedy at The St James Theatre where you will see some fantastic new acts compete for a coveted place in the Funny Women Awards Final 2013, and help raise funds and awareness for domestic violence charity Refuge.
