Miss Hope Springs Swings with Amigos…Live from Vegas
In an homage to the TV specials of the 1970s, for one night only, West End cabaret sensation Miss Hope Springs , her musicians and guest artists, bring you a banquet of her self-penned ‘move you to tears, laugh out loud’ songs with a side order of comedy and a sprinkling of Vegas stardust.
The comedy cabaret chanteuse sings her songs at the piano accompanied, as ever, by her musicians on double bass, guitar and percussion and tonight ‘Live From Vegas’, three top-notch ‘show biz pals’ will be joining the smouldering ex-showgirl on stage for a duet or two and covering one of their favourite MHS songs in their own unique way.
With guest star the amazing David McAlmont of McAlmont and Butler and Fingersnap and up and coming Edinburgh Fringe five star review songstress Xara Vaughan performing Miss Hopes’ uber-catchy original songs…other very special surprise guests to be announced.
You’ll hear Hope’s personal blend of finger snapping pop, smouldering bossa-novas and wistful waltzes. With fans as diverse as Fenella Fielding, Ana Matronic (Scissor Sisters), Jarvis Cocker, and Jonathan Ross, this unique evening will leave you feeling totally Vegas-tastic and you will, no doubt. be humming those famously catchy songs all the way home.
