Country music singer Tina C. is one of the entertainment greats, with songs like If You Can’t Live Without Me (Why Weren’t You Dead When I Met You?). But she’s bemused by the Commonwealth. Is it just the British Empire after a focus group? Why do they play Games? And why in Scotchland?
