Anne Reid and Stefan Bednarczyk …Just in Time

After her sell out cabaret debut at the St. James Studio in 2012, TV star Anne Reid, well known for her roles in Our Zoo, Last Tango in Halifax, Dinnerladies and Coronation Street, joins forces with the effortlessly charming cabaret artist and musician Stefan Bednarczyk. This cabaret celebrates the lives and work of American lyricists Comden and Green, whose lifelong collaboration produced hits such as New York New York! and The Party’s Over, as well as writing the book and songs for Broadway and Hollywood classics like On the Town and the screenplay for Singing in the Rain.

Anne and Stefan recreate the original double act, A Party with Comden & Green, lending a personal touch to the stories and anecdotes through Anne’s personal connection to Betty Comden and Adolph Green’s widow.
